Comfortable panelled Yamano Kaiso trainers from Japanese label Flower Mountain. Kaiso means algae, and up to 40% of the outsole is made from resin pellets produced by combining algae with base polymers. The upper is made from a combination of recycled nylon and bio-based panels made from raw plant materials such as corn, while the lining is made from recycled plastic bottles.
